No, just send everything to me. ;P

A bit info on how the pc will be used will be helpful. Gaiming, overclocking, etc.?

Why not go with a P35 mobo? You're getting a video card so you don't need onboard video. I wouldn't consider that CPU part of a cheap build but guess it's all relative :)

What became of subtlety?

My suggestion is to save money on the processor by getting a Q6600 instead and put the extra $ into a better motherboard (P35) and better graphics card. Best thing you can do on the graphics card is wait a couple weeks for the new AMD/ATI cards to be released and (hopefully) bring the 8800GT prices back in line.

My $0.02

The motherboard was part of the Intel Retail Edge kit...came with the CPU and Vista...I will probably upgrade the board in the future.

I went with the Q6700 b/c of the 10x multiplier.

I will be doing pictures, watching DVDs, and playing last gen games (Age of Empires 3, Madden 06)

Thanks!

By the sound of your post, you are going to overclock the quad? If so, then you should get one extra 120mm case fan & stick it to the back of the harddisk cage. There are 4 rubber screws for that fan that come with the case.

At any rate, the pc is great for what you're doing on it. If you can get the 8800GT for $250-ish, go for it. You won't be sorry. The PSU can handle that.
