Bluetooth Problem in my laptop

i have compaq presario CQ62 model laptop and i have install a win-7 32-bit operating system ,i ever face this type of Bluetooth problem that when i connect Bluetooth with my mobile its connected but within 2 second its generate an error disconnect device, so how i can i solve this problem ?
pls replay me as soon as early,

Is this the driver you are using for bluetooth?
