I would like to build a new system and have a small questrion to experts

Is those components are 100% compatible and will work really well together?

Should all work fine together. I'm not crazy about the motherboard you've selected and would probably go with something like this:

While the heatpipe cooling might be nice, the second PCI-Ex16 slot is cut to x4. You wouldn't want to use that for a second graphics card, so unless you have a card that runs at x4 speeds and is compatible with the slot (say a RAID controller), then there is no point is paying for it.

For power supplies, I'm a fan of the Antec TruPower Trio series, but many here like the Corsair HX series.
