I am interested in hearing if anyone runs their RAM at a command rate of 1, not 2t? How is that done, and what are the speed gains and all that? Supposedly its faster... but you tell me!!

I don't do bench by myself but i found this : http://www.overclock.net/amd-memor [...] there.html

I believe changing CR can be done in BIOS. Not most of mainboard support it though.

Hmmm... we need something newer! And more informational. What does it take to lower the command rate to 1? We know how to do it, just flip a setting in the BIOS, but how do you get it to work? Obviously at factory specs it wont work, or everyone would just turn it on in the Bios... so the question remains... what do you have to do to your settings to allow for 1t to operate? Lower the speed? Loosen the timings? The voltages?

You tell me! Because I have no clue!
