We can't view your wish list without logging into Newegg under your account.

Perhaps a copy and paste method would be better.

The case is good.

The mobo might as well be a P5N32-E SLI Plus, save some cash.

Video cards: either 8800 GTX or 8800GT, depending on how much you can spend. The 8800GT is better value, but the GTX will be better at high resolutions and a bit faster and quieter and cooler and it will support triple SLI later if you get a 780i mobo and want to add a 3rd card.

PSU: for that money I'd get a PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750W Quad.

RAM/Cooler/fan: if you are planning to overclock the CPU a lot then you made great choices. If not, get 2x2GB RAM and (maybe) a cheaper cooler/fan combo - for example a Scythe Ninja and use it with its stock fan, or an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7, or don't buy a cooler at all.

Disk: WD7500AAKS is a bit better priced per GB and faster.

DVD - don't know. I haven't bought any Sony product since the rootkit garbage they did in 2005. I'd buy a Samsung SH-203B or PX-810SA or LG GSA-H62N or similar. Even if you like Sony, dump the IDE thing and get a SATA equivalent.

X-Fi: if you intend to use Vista then you're better off with an Auzentech card.

CPU/Cooler/Fan : a good combination if you plan to overclock as stated by aevm.
Motherboard : save some money on the motherboard as recommended by aevm.
Graphics : save some money and get 2 8800GT videocards (better and $100cheaper per card).
RAM : Check out the Geil Black Dragon series (dual or quad channel kits, they were recommended by toms in a recent review).

The hard drive you picked is optimized for RAID arrays.
Change it to WD5000AAKS or WD7500AAKS if you don't plan to run RAID (you only listed one drive).
Change the Sony NEC dvdrewriter to a SATA model AD-7173S or a Samsung SH-203B.

Couple of questions: When you say 8800 GT, are you saying GTS or GTX? Why should I have or have not RAID?

Yeah, that case is overkill for the price. You can go on ebay and get a watercooled case for cheaper than that. As for the motherboard, get one built around the P35 chipset because they are the best performers out there, except for the x38 (which is WAY more expensive). I agree with everything that Andruis wrote. SAVE YOURSELF SOME CASH!

It looks great.

Some crazy ideas for the video card(s): (feel free to ignore them, your list is just fine already)

1. EVGA 640-P2-N829-A3 GeForce 8800GTS SSC 640MB, $356, includes Crysis
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130305

2. Same thing, $346, includes Quake Wars
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130300

They're also eVGA 8800 GTS 640MB, just like the model you picked, but these are newer revisions and higher clocked and come with games. They say "96+" stream processors instead of "96" on eVGA's site. (No idea what the heck this means, 96.217 stream processors maybe??? Some marketing guy went crazy here, I think :pt1cable: I'll try to figure it out.)
http://www.evga.com/products/pdf/640-P2-N829-A1.pdf

You can get one of each so you get both games - they'd work fine together in SLI. You can even combine cards from different companies as long as they are both 8800 GTS 640.

3. Also consider buying a single 8800 GTX now and adding another later when prices drop. Less speed for now and much more speed later.
