I played SimCity 4 several times, but I wonder if each city has different
AI? The global AI should be almost the same, so the clue to play the game
successfully is roughly the same, but I would like that in one city the Sims
are picky and have criticism against me, and in the other the Sims are
satisfied very easily. I don't know whether that is true.

BTW, in future messages in this newsgroup I would like to send messages in
Dutch, because I have the Dutch version of this game. It gives Dutch
messages, instructions, Sims' remarks, etc. I hope you don't mind.

You could post in Dutch and nobody would mind but you would probably get a
better response in English and your English is good enough.

General questions I could ask in English, but sometimes I have a question
about messages that are displayed by the game. Those messages are in Dutch.
In that case I suppose that Dutch SimCity players might understand me better
than if I would try to translate the game messages into English, because
that would differ from the messages form the English version of the game.

Seems to me like the only difference in the message would be the language?
If you could translate it I am sure we'd understand?

Some of the words may have specialist meanings and IIRC Hans only speaks
general conversational English. So he would have to put the words through
translators which may translate them wrong.

Why don't you post in both languages, that way it will be correct for the
dutch speakers here and they should be able to help you, and the
translations will be close to the english and so we might be able to help
you.

Hm, that is a good idea. :)

It wouldn't surprise me if every city was setup with different variables, I
mean in real life when do you get cities that are the same? The game would
become boring if you did the same in every city.

Ahh...compromise. the very root of this country. Well, that and freedom...
and maybe something else, too.
