hi i have an ECS c51gm-m motherboard and a dynapower 500w PSu (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817255010)
the problem is the 12v is running at only 5v and i wasn't sure if it was a mobo error or PSU error.
the motherboard is very low end and one time i reversed the IDE cables and i think i sorta shorted the motherboard in he process. and after that moment its been random shutoffs and everytime i tweak a component on the mobo it'll give me error beeps.
on the other hand i think its the PSU being its so cheap.
what do you guys think is the problem?
