I am getting a new rig for general use and some video editing.

We have 2 more laptops in the house that need to share internet
and printer. Is the idea of WiFi on the motherboard is the best one?.

If I go with WIFi on the mobo, what are good boards with ESATA and
1394 beside the Asus Deluxe ?

What is your budget? Video editing is very CPU intensive meaning you should put more money into the CPU. On the other hand, you can go with a lot less expensive video card unless you'll be gaming. I wouldn't pay the extra for on board wifi. Most routers have you hardwire one computer and it makes the most sense to hardwire a PC rather than a laptop since you won't be moving the PC around so you can ause the on board LAN. Most mobo with firewire also have SLI, which you won't likely need, although there are a few without SLI or Crossfire. Can't really recommend anything without a budget. Do you need everything, e.g., case, PSU, hdd, optical drive?

My HW budget is ~ $1500-1750 inc. 22" screen :

CPU - I was thinking of the Q66oo [if needed for the editing].[?]

Graphic card: can"t decide between 1950pro OR 8600GT ???

and of course, the MOBO: P35?[with 1394]
I Dont think I need for SLI or OC but hope to find somthing that will
take full advantage of this list and not too costly...
Please feel free to comment on it all or at least those three items ![flash=320,240]http://[/flash]

The rest of the list :
3 HDD - most likely WD[system, edit and projects]
A Pioneer/liteon burner
case + power [500?]
logitec keyboard and G5 mouse [and JBL 2.1 if I'll have extra $$]
