I suggest you check out this article :
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/Intel-E6750-Q6600-MSI-Gigabyte,review-29731.html

Your motherboard choice is "ancient".
EDIT1:
Your harddisk and DVDRewriters are PATA. I suggest you buy SATA.
Beside that you can not run 3 PATA devices on your choice of motherboard
as it only has 1 PATA connector (2 devices per cable is the limit).

I'd suggest you go with an Intel build : something like this

Processor
Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 @ $194.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115029

Motherboard
GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail @ $89.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128059

SATA Harddisk (UltraATA aka PATA is history basicly)
Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD5000AAKS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136073 $104,99

2 SATA DVDRewriters @ $29.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827151141

This would be $14 more ($829,39), but be a much better system I think.

The other componets you can keep, but if you intend to create
media content you might want to think about a dedicated audio card (something like an X-Fi from Creative) as well.
EDIT2:

Have fun.

Andrius.. a quick question how is Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz better then the AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+ Windsor 3.2GHz

the athlon is a 3.2 ghz.. vs the intel which is 2.66...

"ghz" doesn't always make a processor the "fastest".

Imagine a race car on a road course. Top speed isn't always the fastest way around the track. Breaking, cornering, weight, horsepower and aerodynamics all play an important role in making it around the track in the best time.

I'm not a fan of the PSU that you selected. I would go with either a Corsair HX520w or HX620w. I know you're on a budget, but the PSU is NOT the place to "cheap out". Trust me on this, a cheap or underpowered PSU can and will take other parts with it when it "craps out". Pick a PSU based on performance and stability, not pretty blue lights.
