PC freezes after post.

So the system is the one in my sig. When i try to boot it up it will take me to the screen where i can boot safe mode or continue with windows. when i boot into safe mode it starts loading then stops when it gets to mup.sys then everything goes black. the monitor stays on and the system continues running. I set the bios to the default then set the ram timings to the manufacture reccomended settings and set the ram voltage to the reccomended settings. Then i ran memtest for about and hour and got no errors. I tested the sata harddrve in another computer and it was fine. i pulled another video card from a working system and there was no change. I just had the motherboard replaced by foxconn. I dont know what else to do. the computer still freezes please help.

I'm not too sure about this but, have you tried reformatting? I always do that when I have issues .
