This question is for experts. I will build my new ssystem and almost finish to pick my components. The processor that I will use is
Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz 4M shared L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor

In this situation what is the best choice for cpu cooler and what thermal gel should I use for it.

If you're not overclocking, you can use the intel cooler. If you are, get a good aftermarket cooler such as Scythe Ninja Rev B. & Arctic Silver 5. There are quite a # of choices. It comes down to price & preference.
