Seriously, all the online stores I check here in the UK say that the 8800GT's ETA is overdue, and I can only pre-order it. Isn't it supposed to be out and available here already, or not?
Yer I've noticed this as well as I'm looking out to get one. Dabs doesn't have it. Nor does ebuyer. Scan does have 2 types in stock and the other 13 on pre order. Basically, there aree stock problems with the 8800GT all over the world and our little island hasn't missed out on it. Might be worth waiting a little longer yet. Until they come back in stock on mass again. Hopefully when they do the price should come down a bit too. I think the G82 8800 GTS comes out the beginning of December which will ease the demand on the 8800GT so if you can, might be worth waiting until then.
yup, im waiting for the 700mhz Asus one, 29th (i'll believe it when i see it) Still deciding on whether to wait for the 8800GTS G92 (see my other thread)
Mmm...the Crysis edition EVGA looks pretty good on OCuk. Considering Crysis retails for around £30 and the card is on there for £205, technically you're paying around £170 for the superclocked version of the card. Not bad.
lol they're all gone already. Hopefully one of those was sent to me, as they said i'd recieve an 8800 (have never specified which) on wednesday, and with the one day postage time its on track for tomorrow if I'm the luckiest person ever to have lived!
