Jornada 720 - LG Phenom Express transplant?

When my trusty LG Phenom express gave up the ghost I bought a Jornada
720 which is better in so many ways, particularly witht the excellent
Softmaker Textmaker and Planmaker apps.

Anyway, I have bought another one for my wife and have just been given
another one with a cracked screen

A thought occurs to me which is probably completely rubbish but I
thought I would ask.

How feasible wouild it be to transplant the guts of the Jornada 720
into the Phenom casing? That way I could have the larger keyboard and a
larger screen of the Phenom with the superior internals of the Jornada

Just a thought and sorry in adavance if this is too stupid an idea
