Problem with my UPS brand Gamatronic Smartcompact

Hello there,
When power fails my computer restart instead of continue working on ups power. My OS is Windowsxp pro. sp3 and my ups is named Gamatronic Smartcompact 550AV

Some UPS systems have both protected ports and unprotected ones.
Are you sure your computer is connected to a protected port?
