a bit of advice please

hello i am building a new system and i have a question that naggs me about the cpu+mainboard in relation to the mem i want.

I want to go for the e6750, 1333 , 4M L2,65nm CPU on a s775,nF 650sli,fsb 1333,4xdual ddr2-800 mainboard.
The thing is i want to stick in 4GB of ddr2 800mhz ram - a 2x(2gb -1Gx2) 800mhz / 4.4.4.12. TWIN 2x2048-6400c 4,EPP Corsair.

How does that relate to the cpu and motherboard and also will the system recognize the whole 4gigs?

Take in the ecuation that i`m a newbie and some clear responses/advices are well appreciated!

32bit operating systems cant see 4 gigs, i think up to 3.4gigs.65bit systems can see up to 16gig i think.

Yes for your system to recognise the whole 4 gigs you will have to install a 64-bit version of XP or Vista.
