Question about case fan wiring Tags: Homebuilt Cases Fan Motherboards Systems Last response: November 12, 2007 1:49 PM in Systems Share hheiber November 12, 2007 1:17:10 PM I bought a case fan with a motherboard connector (4-pin?) and then with traditional PSU connectors leading out from that. Since I am using the motherboard connector, can I simply snip the additional wires and connectors without damaging the fan? Thanks.
