POWERCOLOR ATI Manufacturer Question

Anyone have anything against POWERCOLOR? They have the soonest ETA to be in stock at newegg. I'll buy one unless there is a reason not to.

Also, Anyone know where I can find some that are in stock? And not above the suggested retail?
