Ok, from what I gather I can just up my FSB on Ntune from 333-400 and with OC me to 3.6 ghz.The Ntune will automatically ajust voltage and I have ddr2 800 ram so I can overclock to that....anything higher overclock I need to OC ram.Ive been itching to do this just rather not smoke my processor even tho i have a 6750 I could use as backup, even tho its for another build. This OCing with duo is new for me.Only time I have ever overclocked is on my old P4 and I did it in bios..was easy.I am air cooled with a artic cooler, what would be a temp too high so I can monitor.Dont think I have any problems in this big 830 stacker ....but I want to be sure since Im not set up for H2o cooling yet. Also if needed iahev Gskill ddr2 800 timings : 5 5 5 15.According to OC guide Im ok with those timings.

No matter.I found out best way to OC in bios to start with .Only OC using Ntune for video card.I have 6850 OC to 3.6 ....just to see now if stays stable, from what I read it should.
You should stay under 65C for core temps and use bios level OCing (as you have found out) rather than driver level. That way it's more accurate and will yield better results. Refer to the guide here on top to get a better picture.
