Temps for Phenom while using prim

Hey guys I have a phenom 9500 cooled by a zalman cooler it runs 34c-37c idle and when in prime it jumps to a 62c-64c @ 2.4ghz with 1.3v is this normal when running prime95 on all the cores... because it seems a little to high when the max temp is 70c...please help before I fry my cpu!

Which Zalman cooler? And you don't want to run that high, that is very close to max thermal tolerance.
