PCI-X Core 2 duo MB's?

Ok I own a pair of expensive boards that are PCI-x that I'm not ready to replace yet.

But my current MB is having huge issues and it's old enough that it's time to replace it.

So I'm Looking for recommendations, and here is what I'd like.

A board that has dual CPU sockets so I can start with one intel Dual or Quad core proc and in a few months when I've paid for this get the second proc.

2 PCI-x, at least 2 PCI-e slots

I'd prefer NOT to have build in video as I have a GOOD video card.

4 to 8 built in SATA ports.

If the board can over clock that would be nice but not a priority as it can cuase problem with some PCI-x boards.

what motherboards do you have ?

if it's socket 604 Xeon, no they won't
take core 2 duo.

Tyan or Supermicro. If you are mucking about with pcix don't cheap out and get a POS consumer board.
