Intel solutions are currently a much better value when OCing is taken into account. A 4400+ will usually give you an OC of around 3GHz, which is a .9GHz OC. However a E2160, which costs around $70, can OC to 3.2GHz, up from 1.8GHz on stock cooling. Also, Intel beats AMD clock for clock, so a 3.2GHz Intel would be roughly 3.6GHz AMD.
If you can return it, it would be a better idea to get an Intel. Then coop it with an ASUS P5k-e.
