hi

i have an ASUS 7300GT silent(fanless) at 400mhz core, 800mhz memory.

now i have been given another 7300GT by xpertvision, and having looked at the website, this one is 350mhz core, 666mhz memory, which is slightly slower than my ASUS one.

the question is, can i SLI the both cards even though theyre running at different clock speeds, or do i need the both cards to run at same clock speeds which means changing the set-up.

im planning to get a new card sometime soon, something like an 8600GT with 512meg ram, 540mhz core, 1400mhz memory.

from everything i have heard these two cards should work in SLI without you have to chane the clock speeds - the faster card will simply be slowed down automatically to the same core and memory speed as the slower one.

there is only one way to find out thou...let us know how its goes !

p.s. 8600GT has a reputation as being a bit of a dog, save up a bit mroe and get the 8800GT
