But I don't think SimCity is really complicated, at least not for me
(I choose the "Makkie" (very easy, the easiest difficulty that it has)
difficulty), although I have a few problems with trains, buses,
monorail, subway, etc.

You have to do a little study of some FAQs before you'll even
understand what to do. I got frustrated at first and didn't try to
play the game for a while, then I printed out some stuff, did a little
reading for a week. When I came back to the game I was surprised at my
own expertise at the game. Now I'm thinking of writing a tutorial
myself. It's a heck of a lot of fun once you learn it. Just spend some
