Do I have a good optical drive that will support my games, and dvds, and can I burn on it? Did I choose a good network card that will increase my cable modem spee? (Charter High-Spped)

Please tell me your review of the two Gaming Rig's, which one is powerfuler than the other? Any changes you would make? Which Gaming Rig would you choose?

Thanks For Your Help.

Well if you're looking to make a system to play RTCW: ET, $400 would be wiser.
