will this motherboard work

im looking at building a new system, and am getting a q6600 and overclocking it to 8x375 which is a nice 3.0ghz, now im looking to get a nice budget board till i decide to upgrade again

im currently looking at MSI P35 Neo2-FR LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard

will this be able to sufficiently power the cpu and will it be a good well working motherboard for me

if you dont like this me can u suggest me another one in the price range thats equal or better

If you want a good P35 board that overclocks look at gigabyte or ASUS
GA-P35- and P5K respectively
