If iPAQ is Pocket PC, and Pocket PC is Windows Mobile 2003, and that's
really CE, which is really a stripped down version of desktop windows,
will it run regular windows apps if you can get them onto it?

The micro-processor is different. It's ARM and not Intel x86 compatible.
btw, if you find or compile an x86 emulator...

I've often thought that using the 'widnows' brand was something of a
con on the customer, especially on phones. If a 20" screen is a
"window", then a 2" one is probably a "spyhole"
