Which of these motherboards would be better for overclocking e2160?
GIGABYTE GA-73VM-S2

I am looking for about $60 solution and ocing to 3.0ghz.
Using discrete gfx and g.skill ddr2 800mhz ram.

The second one is better. G31 chipset, higher native fsb.
