How to change policies in windows vista

Hello,I tried to download a online game system called steam and it said the administrator has set policies to prevent this download

Check with whoever controls the computer, they probably did this for a reason.

If it's your own PC, click on Start > run and type in gpedit.msc, edit whatever policy was set to prevent setup.
