Need help chosing New Intel Motherboard no need for SLI.

Hello.
I want to buy a new Pc.
The processor I'm going to use is this one maybe better.

And I'm gonna keep my former Pci express X1600XT graphic card the rest is new.
My big doubt is witch motherboard to choose.
I don't need SLI in the motherboard because I'm' gonna use only one graphic card. And it dosen't have to be the most expensive motherboard out there also.
What's the best/stable/most trustworthy thing out there without SLI(SLI is more expensive...right?and i wont be needing it for one graphic card only.)
Please give a top 3 motherboards or just 1.Any help would be Great.
Something for around 150$ / 200$.

I was gonna recommend the p35-DS3L, but newegg only has open box versions for 91 dollars. Even though it's a great value, open box is iffy...I wouldn't trust any other brand of mobos besides Asus and gigabyte, the rest just can't compete.
