GPU Temp Reporting Programs

I have 2 different programs for GPU temps. Are there 2 different sensors or is one of them not reporting the temp correctly?

i think they use the same sensor, but their Temperature Compensation of sensor are different, so they give the different temps report.

I believe the 31C is reporting the ambient temps around the GPU cooler and the 39C is reporting the gpu core temp. Download Rivatuner and find out.

Rivatuner or the Everest Ultimate both can show you GPU Ambient and GPU core as Evilonigiri said.
