Overclocking A E6550

Hey guys,

I'm new to this overclocking thing and need some good help on how to get this done. I have a:

Pentium E6550 2.33 - Processor
ECS 945GCT-M/1333 - Motherboard
1g - 800mhz Kingston - Memory
Stock Cpu Cooler (came with processor)
500watt Power Supply


Can someone please give me some clear help on overclocking this cpu, I would really appreciate any help I can get.
