Good program to read dram voltage?

Does anyone know of a windows program that will display ddr2 ram voltages? I want to confirm that my motherboard bios does in fact set the ram to 2.2v. I'm beginning to wonder if anything related to memory actually works on my ASUS P5E board.

It won't load. As soon as I start the software, it tells me that it has encounted a problem and to click the button to send a report to microsoft. Even if it did come up, I don't trust any software written by asus.
