Hie, could anybody help me with oc'ing my processor. I tried doing it but the computer always crash.

System Specs:
xfx nforce 680i Sli (1333 FSB) - BIOS version 6.00 pg
Intel® Core™2 Quad Q6600 2.4Ghz (Stepping B, Revision G0)
x2 Corsair Twin2X Dominator 2048MB PC8500 5-5-5-15 (1066Mhz) = 4096MB
Asus EN8800GTS 512MB DDR3
Antec TruePower Trio 650W ATX Power Supply
Samsung 226BW 1680x1050 2ms (DVI)
Vista premium 64bit

I am new to this, so help me pls =)!! thx
