I'm running a dual boot of Vista Home Prem 64 bit and XP MCE 32 bit. I have been salivating at the prices of the 4Gb (2 x 2Gb) lately and would like to put 8Gigs in my machine. I know there shouldn't be an issue with the Vista x64. I also know that XP x32 will not recognize more than 3Gb. What I am wondering is will 8Gb of RAM cause a problem with XP 32 bit or will it just not recognize it but run fine like the 4Gb I have now?

It won't affect XP 32.
