Corrupt file flagging as userenv.log

Hello,
my computer just started showing an error pop-up. It says Corrupt File: C:/WINDOWS/something something/userenv.log recommend run chkdsk utility.

There's nothing wrong with using the chkdsk utility. It will check your hard drive for physical errors.
start-->run-->chkdsk /r
It will then run the next time you restart your computer. If there are physical errors on the drive, it will try to repair them.
