FYI: oversight on HD3870 driver install kills sound

I think this rates as an oversight rather than a bug, but if you install a HD3870 you may find your sound has quit on you. Rather than asking, the driver install by default makes the HDMI sound on the card the default playback device. Just go into Control Panel and switch it back to whatever you really meant to use.

I noticed the same thing but I just disabled it under device manager.

Well I found in Jericho at least that sometimes the screen stays red for awhile (about 5 minutes) even when you exit from that game. This is what early adoption of next gen vid cards is all about.
