Ok, well I recently downloaded Speedfan since I'm planning on overclocking my computer and it's a nice utility. As I was glancing through it I noticed its reporting my CPU fan as only running at ~220 RPM. This is kind of strange since its a Xigmatek HDT-S1283, and its fan is rated at 1000-2200 RPM. I figured that my motherboard would just speed it up when I put my cpu under load, but even when I put on prime 95, it doesn't seem to speed up. Is there any way I can manually set the fan to a certain speed, even 100% would be fine. Motherboard is a GA-P35-DS3L by the way. Thanks for any help.

And as a side note, does anyone know how to raise my speedfan temperatures 15C?

Edit: I just tested it under Prime 95, and it got up to ~990 RPM, which is still pretty low. Also, is it normal to have two cores 11C higher than the other two? I had two at 48, and two at 59.
