Realtek rtl8139 Wiring Problem

I have a KDS Valiant 681DH laptop and i was replacing my PCI card and some wires came loose does anyone know the proper placement of these 4 wires. Please help

I'd check the mfg website for a wiring digram if there are no marking on the wires or connections
