System Specs:

Core 2 Duo E6400 @ 2.13 w/ Ultra Thermo Electric CPU Cooler
Evga 8800 GTX
OCZ Memory 2 gigs
EVGA 680i
Creative Sound card

What do you think i should upgrade/overclock next to get my system to get it to the next level?

Possible Options ( My Ideas ) :

SLI GeForce 8800 GTS With My Current One
2 more gigs of memory
NIC card
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
Any more ideas?

Best way to help me here is to list from best to worst what you think it will do to my system, add more ideas if you have some.

Dont even think of 2 8800GTs, why ?
1_SLI doesnt always improve the performance :

2_Is there any single game that u cant play @ very good settings with your card?

3_2 8800GT will run hotter than a single 8800GTX

so its a waste to upgrade from a 8800GTX to SLI 8800GTs

Adding 2GB memory is a good option

and about the CPU, well if u can , then OC the CPU to 3.0 or higher and dont upgrade to QuadCore for now
or if u dont want to OC your CPU, then go for the Q6600(OC'ng is a better option because a Core2Duo @ 3.0 or higher is very good for todays games and apps)

Well your load temps are very good, my 8800GTX runs @ 54 idle and 76@ full

anything under 90c is good for 8800gtx
