Help on new system

Hi, i would like some help with this new build:

Case: Antec 900
CPU: Intel q6600
Vid Card: 8800GT (XFX because EVGA is unavailable)
HD: 320GB Barricuda Seagate (I dont need 500gig one)

Thats pretty set in stone here is where i need some help:

Motherboard: evga 680i or Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L. p35 is very cheap? is it as good as 680i? what are differences?

Memory: Corsair XMS2 Dominator 2GB? or Crucial Ballistix? Or Corsair XMS2 not dominator? Would it be better to buy cheaper and get 4 gigs? Such as OCZ Platinum XTC PC2-6400 4GB 2X2GB DDR2-800.. Or two sets of Corsair XMS2 TWIN2X2048-6400C4 2GB ? Why is the domintor 2gig so much more xpensive?

PSU: Need a suggestion here.

Anything else im missing other then dvd/ect.

If i get 4gigs do i need to get 64bit vista? Issues with that? Im planning on getting vista nontheless.

heard 680i were better overclockers but suck with quad cores. Get P35.
Crucial Ballstix no question.
Antec true power trio 550 or 650.
YES YES YES you need 4GB of ram for vista for even the slighest gaming or heavy apps.

DS3L as 680i will not support new quad cores. 680i is SLi capable DS3L is not. I have not used one, but P35-DS4 can do SLi at 8x. SLi is no big deal IMO.

Personal preference is XMS2 CAS 4.

32bit OS tops out at approx 3gb, so extra gb is wasted. Need 64bit for 4gb or more. If you do 3gb, proper way is 2x1gb and 2x512gb in dual channel.

When does the new GTS come out? Ive heard rumors of Dec 3rd.?? If thats the case should i wait for it?? I think i may just wait if that is the correct release.

Ok nm seems likes it 12-14 of dec.. Im tired of waiting for stuff.. waiting on AMD/ATI was a huge let down..so ill buy now.
