I'm building a new PC within the next 3 weeks. I've already bought a GPU, CPU, and Mobo. I have practically every part picked out. I only need some advice for a computer case and a proper heatsink for my processor. Here are my abridged specs.

CPU - Intel core 2 duo E6750 conroe
GPU - eVGA 8800GT 512 MB (superclocked version)
Mobo - ASUS P5N32-E SLI Plus LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI ATX

I know cooling is something I need to be mindful of for this computer, so I come to you good people for advice.

I had the Aspire X-Pleasure (blue) picked out (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811144130)

But i have had some second thoughts on this case.

I'm looking for under $170 if possible (or else i would have gone for lian-li) and a Full ATX tower with good airflow and good space for a big heatsink.

The heatsinks I was looking at were these, and i'm torn -

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835887001 (the lack of fan worries me)

PS. Do you feel i should have some extra cooling for my video card as well?

Ok, discuss. :D

Wow, thanks for the quick reply :sol:

The only reason i chose that 650i chipset mobo is the great reviews, and the specs on newegg read that it msupported SLI @ 2 cars x16. The top 680i mobo, alot of people complain about the chipset and stuff (i'm knowledgeable but im not a guru with this stuff so i wasn't sure). Any specific mobo you recommend thats not too expensive but reliable? Thanks for the cooling advice, still need a case idea.

Stock cooling for the E6750 is excellent. They run very cool anyway (especially in a nice case).
Vidcard cooler? At least wear the stock one out... might be smart to keep it on there for a while anyway, while under warranty.
A good case w/ 120mm exhaust will do more than anything to help make cooling easy anyway,
