Good PC case? cyber monday?

Alrighty! I'm narrowing down my choices and I'm almost ready to buy! I looked on newegg and came across the COOLER MASTER RC-690 which a few people have also recommended to me. At a sale price of 69.99 and free shipping, with an additional $40 mail-in rebate, I figure this is a steal at $29.99! What do you guys think?

I would say it is a pretty good case for that price, but don't depend on the MIR.

Also, you probably won't see much of a price difference between today and black friday/cyber monday with that particular item.

Overall a nice case. Quirks: flimsy harddisk mounting brackets & full size ATX board forcing the removal of all the cable routing clips. Can't beat that price though.
