You need a new Win XP CD. They run about $80. However, if you own a product key, it's legitimate to ask someone, a friend for instance, to make a copy. You have a license for the key, not the physical disk.
You can find your key by using Magical Jellybean Key Finder.
If you have a Dell or HP, you will need a CD from the same company.
