I have 5 emails repeating over & over ?

Can you help me stop 5 emails repeating over & over please?
I can't even log into my Server page to stop them there.
I also went to Tools-accounts-properties & unchecked where it says
to leave emails on my sever? HelllPPPPP!!!

If these are from senders you don't want to hear from again, go back into Account settings and tick to Block Sender.[/#000ff]
