I want a viable upgrade to my EVGA GTS 640 mb card. Is this the card or is there a G92 GTX/Ultra version on its way anytime soon? Thanks for the input..

I don't think it's worth the upgrade. Not enough of a performance increase to warrant it.

Yeah, I don't think it's worth an upgrade unless you can pay only a small amoutn for the boost either through a step-up or a good sell-rebuy, in which case you may want to consider making sure you can get your hands on a cheap new card before you sell your old one.

I plan on stepping up to it from my GTS 320mb, thankfully I bought EVGA so my bad timing in getting a video card will be negated.

I would go with the g92 for sure. The benchies say it blows the g80 out of the water.

dude , not worth it , just wait for a gtx or ultra 92 , i mean , you're updating to something in between the 8800gts and the 8800gtx; might be noticable but not worth it.
