Hello,I seen a shield on my computer in task bar. I clicked on it and it said it was an update for Windows. Now I can't start up in Normal Mode. What should I do to fix this?

Tap F8 on startup to access safe mode. Then use the restore points to roll back to before the update was downloaded.
