I have my PC built just months ago and I bought 2 Seagate 500GB HDD. No raid. Since then, one crashed. I went for 1-for-1 exchange and then on day 2, before I even put data into it, it died.

Just my luck? (Heading for another 1-for-1 exchange during lunch)

For sure, I will stay away from Seagate for a long time.
