you can overclock to 3ghz on your CPU.and for your ram you should keep it sync with you FSB with CAS 4 to provide the best performance at those speed.and about overclock you 8800GT.Use software such as Rivatuner or ATITool,Remember to turn up your fan speed on your card.as the 8800GT have a pretty poor cooling compare to 8800GTS.

you dont need fan for the overclock i state about.as all the stock cooling will cope with it pretty good.

There is a C2D OCing guide and a vidcard OCing guide here in the OCing section. Read them carefully and make sure to watch you temps.

remember to use coretemp to calibrate the temp in speedfan if you use it.

I already did that, still haven't understood!

but i'm sure that thousands of persons already have this cpu with the same mobo...
can anybody give me the nums that i have to change in order to reach 3.0 GHz (cuz i have no external fan)

everyone's result will be different because of the variation in VID/stepping/quality of core and motherboard.but in general you dont need more then 1.45 to achieve that kind of overclock.but i have doubt what the stock heatsink can handle.just give the cpu overclocking a go first.
