PSU is 400 watt ultra v-series. Do you guys think it's enough or will I need to be upgrading the PSU? Keep in mind, I will want to be upgrading the CPU to a 4200 x2 as well.
400w should be enough wattage, it's the amps on the 12v rails that are questioned. If your PSu has 15 amps (or similar) on the 12v rail, it's likely ineffieient to begin with. Try the system out and if you experience system crashes or notice the psu emitting excessive heat, go to a more powerful unit. I don't think you could upgrade the 2600 with the 400w psu. I would try what you have and see.
I think the 2600 is minimum 400w psu recommended. I don't know the 12v amps required. You might try and find what that figure is. I think your psu will run the system you have in mind, but you likely could not upgrade the video card to a higher12v power draw unit.
