Hi guys.

I'm thinking to get this system:

MSI P35 Neo2-FR
Q6600
8800GT
2gb ram

In my current computer I have an "Altec True430W" power supply.

I want to OC the Q6600 to 3.0 and I don't want to encounter power-based problems.

This PSU is 2ish years old. I remember I gave 100USD to it when I bought it.

What do you think? Should I buy a new one or keep this one? If I need to buy a new one, advice me please.

I really don't understand from the specifics of a PSU, so I might not have written what I should have written about my current PSU, so please feel free to ask if you need to know some specific voltages about it or something. There's a voltage chart on it.

Thank you.

A few months ago I had the system in my spec's (7800GTX instead of 8800GTX and an Antec 480W PSU) and had my E6600 OC'ed @ 3.6GHz using an Antec 480 watt PSU without any problems even though I was really pushing the limit of my 480W PSU.

I believe that you may or may not have a problem, but your really pushing though.

I would go at least a 500W PSU, or if not tight on money go for a high quality 650-750W for future add-ons such as Nvidia's SLI.
